Understanding Fall Allergies

Dayton, OH – Ragweed, sagebrush, and mold spores are just a few of the contributors to seasonal allergies. Be extra cautious on windy days and in the morning. Pollen and other allergens are most often released into the wind in the morning.

Here are a few things you can do to help avoid allergens:

  • Use a face mask outside; especially while raking the leaves
  • Dry clothing in a drier, not outside
  • Close windows and use the air conditioner inside
  • Have your gutters cleaned
